These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SendDeck, a service provided by Riverforge Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House number 16827982), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.
By creating an account or using SendDeck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SendDeck.
SendDeck is a document-sharing and analytics platform that allows registered users to upload sales documents (such as presentations, portfolios, and catalogues), generate trackable share links, and view engagement analytics when recipients open those documents.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Accounts are for individual use. You may invite colleagues to a workspace, but you may not share your login credentials with others.
SendDeck offers a free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Details of current plan features and prices are set out on our Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We will remind you before an annual subscription renews.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the "Cancel subscription" button in your account settings. No action beyond clicking that button is required.
We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations, except as described in section 3.4.
If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your initial payment by emailing [email protected]. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. By providing payment details, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.
We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect, and it will not apply until your next renewal date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the documents and materials you upload to SendDeck ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Riverforge Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and serve Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the service for you.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the right to share Your Content; and (b) Your Content does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any applicable law.
The core function of SendDeck is to share Your Content with third parties via trackable links. You are solely responsible for deciding who receives your share links and for any consequences of doing so. You may restrict access using password protection (available on paid plans).
By subscribing to a paid plan, you grant Riverforge Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display your company name and logo on the SendDeck marketing website for the purpose of identifying you as a customer. This licence is limited to social proof and customer reference use.
You may revoke this licence at any time by contacting us via our contact form. We will remove your logo within 14 days of receiving your request.
When you access a document via a SendDeck share link, you are a visitor to content hosted by Riverforge Ltd on behalf of a SendDeck customer. By opening the link:
The SendDeck platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and brand, is owned by Riverforge Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the SendDeck brand or platform beyond the limited licence to use the service as described here.
SendDeck is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep the service available and accurate, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics data will be 100% complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, Riverforge Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) £100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riverforge Ltd from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) Your Content; or (c) your violation of any applicable law.
You may close your account at any time from within the application. On closure, all your data is permanently deleted (see our Privacy Policy for retention exceptions relating to billing records).
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms. In such cases, we are not obliged to provide a refund for any unused subscription period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SendDeck after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
