DocSend sells data rooms. SendDeck sells the follow-up.
DocSend started as the way to send a deck and see who read it. Today its homepage leads on virtual data rooms for deals, fundraising and compliance. If you send proposals, catalogues and decks to customers, you are paying for a product built around someone else's problem.
A team of 10, for a year
Billed yearly, each in its own currency. DocSend price from its pricing page, 4 October 2026.
Where SendDeck pulls ahead
One price for the whole team
DocSend Standard is $45 per user per month. Ten people is $5,400 a year. SendDeck Pro covers up to ten people for £790 a year, and adding a colleague within that never changes the bill.
Alerts on your phone, not just your inbox
SendDeck texts you when a proposal is opened and posts to Slack, so you can call while they are still on the pricing slide. DocSend does not advertise SMS or a built-in Slack alert.
A summary you can read in ten seconds
AI summaries turn a week of visits into a few sentences: who read it, what held their attention, and what to raise on the call.
Photo galleries and file handovers
Send a gallery of finished work or a folder of large files on a tracked link, and see exactly which files were downloaded.
