Do I need a card to start?
No. Create an account and start sharing straight away. New workspaces get a 14-day trial of Pro with no card, then move to Free unless you choose a plan.
What counts as a document?
Each deck, PDF document, gallery or file transfer you upload is one document. You can create many share links for the same document.
What happens if I hit a limit?
You'll see a clear message and an option to upgrade. Nothing you've already shared stops working.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you're over a file-storage allowance, your newest transfer files are locked, not removed, until you free up space or upgrade.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing in the app. Billing is handled securely by Stripe.
Do readers need a SendDeck account?
Never. The people you share with just open a link. Plans are priced on your team and your documents, not on how many people read them.
