How do I connect a domain?

Add a CNAME record at your DNS provider pointing at SendDeck, then request the domain in Settings. Once approved, the certificate is issued automatically and we email you when it is live.

Can I use my root domain?

Use a subdomain such as docs.yourcompany.com. That keeps your main website untouched.
